My friend and I stopped here for lunch today. The atmosphere was inviting and the staff was fantastic! I ordered the spring salad and my friend had the grilled cheese. Both were delicious! I would highly recommend Smiler’s!
Amazing food! Amazing service!!! Best burger I’ve had. I don’t know what Bobby did to the cheese but it was melted and almost tasted like a delicious cheese sauce. Seriously. GO HERE!!!!
Great place to stop for a bite or a casual dinner. I suggest the burgers and the beer battered fries. The service was excellent as well.
Stopped off the highway on the way home from a road trip. The S.O. was born in the area and his uncle is friends with the owner and his cousin had worked there growing up, so we wanted to give the support. Great little unassuming spot. Grabbed seats at the bar. Drinks were perfect. Had the cappelletti to start-cant find those in central NY so that was a special treat. Tuna melt special for me hit the spot. If only we lived closer, this would be a regular spot for us.
Walked right in with a party of 7, and we all had beers in minutes. The waitresses were super fast, got our meals quickly, and the portion sizes were huge!
Smilers was the first gastro pub in the area, and is still the best! Impeccable detail even on the simple dishes. Excellent people, excellent service, a valley treasure!
Glad I found this place. Cozy atmosphere without being too overwhelming or claustrophobic. Dim interior and all the wood accents and furniture pieces gives the sports/country bar vibes.There is a stretch of really good mixed drink options that I have to go back to try. The Caribbean Mango Margarita definitely sneaks up on you.. The waitresses are friendly and very attentive. The food comes in huge portions and is super fresh with high quality flavor. I love the "build-your-own-burger" style and the ability to mix and match. The salads aren't premixed and that's a plus. The salads are packed with ingredients and are honestly a meal by themselves. Reasonable prices throughout the menu. I'll definitely be back.
Eating the leftovers from my Turkey club that I got for lunch yesterday. The food, service and overall vibe of this place are exactly what you want from a neighborhood bar. Great spot
